Constant heartburn and bloating in stoma

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, My wife is into 5-6 weeks of pregnancy and she is experiencing constant heartburn and bloating in stomach all the time during the day due to which she is not able to eat properly.Also, she feels nausea and vomitting sensation. Is it fine to use aciloc as medication. Please advise.
