Hi I am 25 yr old I noticed that whenever I eat oats and banana I feel bloating heartburn I am on diet to gain weight I eat oats and banana after having oats or banana I feel full and
bloated heartburn start in evening when I
workout my I also eat brown rice I eat clean no junk food or oily spicy food please tell me what should I do.
