Just yesterday I was working out and when I work out I tend to drink a lot of water very quickly because of the intensity and when I finished my workout I started to expierience indigestion/heartburn and has persisted to today and I am unable to eat and water only makes me feel even more bloated and the constant feeling of having to poop have taken pepto Bismol but it hasn’t helped at all
