Since 10 years I am suffering from the below conditions, But came to know later. Had colonoscopy, reports were normal.

The main treatment is dietary modification.
All animal source food have to be avoided.
Plant based diet is best diet but it has to be customised accordingly.
Medicines provide temporary relief.
