Dear Thank you for sharing your symptoms. Constant headaches, especially when severe and localized above the eyes, forehead, and back of the head, can be quite distressing and may indicate various underlying conditions such as tension headaches, migraines, sinus issues, or other medical concerns. Since paracetamol has not provided relief, it is important to explore other potential causes and treatments. I strongly recommend that you schedule a consultation with me for a thorough evaluation. We can discuss your symptoms in detail, perform any necessary examinations, and possibly order tests to determine the root cause of your headaches. Based on the findings, we can develop a comprehensive treatment plan to provide you with relief and prevent future occurrences. Please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to schedule an appointment or discuss your symptoms further. Take care .
