I have been having a constant headache. My blood pressure is 95 / 76 Can this be the reason for the headache

The blood pressure is rather low and can cause generalised weakness and dizziness. I suggest that you visit a cardiologist and undergo a proper evaluation to find the cause of the low blood pressure and the headache associated with it. If the headache remains persistent or worsens kindly visit the ER at the earliest
