I have a constant headache which make me not able to work for the last 2 weeks caused by Vertigo and Migraine and to date I still not feeling well. Does Vertigo and Migraine require physiotherapy treatment

The issue what you narrated could also be caused due to faulty neck postue and allignment.. Get your issue properly diagnosed with a physio.. he can perform some mobilisation and manipulative procedures to reallign your neck and teach you certain exercises to help cure your issue.. You can also visit a general physician to reconfirm and for medications.. Both together help you recover faster
