Constant headache and voice in head
Having constant headache and runny nose, also suffering from frequent fever. I hear voices in my head all day long and it talks only negative. I only see nightmares when I sleep. I m not able sleep properly. I feel some presence which grabs me strongly. it has been happening for 19 months now.

It would be advisable that you meet a psychiatrist and talk about these symptoms.
Medication can help you to a certain extent. Also start talking to a counselor to understand the cause of these issues and how they can be stopped.
