Having fever daily at night max upto 99.5 sometimes goes to 100.Whole Abdomen Ultrasound has been done Result found:-Few Small hypoechoic lympnodes are seen in periporal, peripancreatic, upper paracaval and paraaortic region the larger on measures about 15*8mm. ESR was found 60 and then medication was done and the ESR was found 45.Even montouxtest is done was found positive and xrays is alright no signs of T.B.Medicine prescribed by doctor 1.T.Levomac 500mg 2.T.Aziwok 250mg 3.T.Becozym C Forte 4.T.Domcet(10+350) 5.T.Sporlac Ds.Kindly Guide Still No Change

since you had some infection please continue to be on medicines for a little longer. things will improve slowly. you might have to take medicines for some extended time

Getting abdominal lymphadenopathy with night fevers and Montoux positive will give the diagnosis as TB only... nothing to worry... better to continue medicines which ur doc has given or u can go to a govt hosp and get the medicines for free as those are pretty expensive... don't worry complete the course and make this point very clear TB is curable
