99.1 Max Fever. Gets Normal In Morning. - Hi! I Have Been

99.1 max fever. Gets normal in morning.

Hi! I have been facing fever issues which goes max till 99.1 and gets below 98.6 in morning. Have some pain in abdomen, mild but not persistent. Not feeling any thing like diarrhea, loose motions. My oxygen levels is constant at 97-99. Not having any breathing issues, no cough or cold. Please suggest what could it be?
