Constant chronic ulcers
U have been having chronic mouth and touge ulcers since past 10 months on recurring basis. Have got the tests done however it's come out to be normal.

Check with change of food habits, medications or supplements you are taking and even frequent change of toothpastes(different brands). Stress also to an extent cofactors in oral ulcers.

Recurrent Apthous Ulcers ... might be due to stress,diet changed, stomach upsets,etc...kindly consult physician for correct diet and medication...and last but not least healthy physical exercise .

You may be having recurrent apthous ulcer. Avoid stress. You can start nurobion forte twice a day for week. Avoid spicy food.
