Conjunctivitis
How much long Conjunctivitis lasts with treatment? My wife has been having it for the last 7 days and medication started 3 days ago. No such relief is found yet, even after using medicines for 3 days. Medicines are carboxymethly cellulose 6 times a day, moxifloxacin 3 times a day, flouro methelon 3 times a day and moxifloxacin hydrochloride ointment 3 times a day.

The drops given are mainly antibiotics which may not really help in viral conjunctivitis A change of eyedrops and ointment would be better. I'd advise getting an online or offline consultation for better understanding and treatment of the problem.

You can increase the frequency of moxifloxacin eyedrop to 6 times a day.  Continue rest as advised.  Consult sos.
