I don't know if am pre diabetic as my blood sugar level comes before breakfast 101,106 today was 108 and after food 117,119 and my hb1A level is 5.6% i go for a walk everyday, eat sugary food rare, and drink water also on time, I don't have a symptoms like thirst and frequent urination, what to do do I have a diabetis

I think u are more excited towards it..that's y checking sugar levels frequently..first of all remove anxiety from uu..

Eat chapathi..roti...brown rice...
Do exercise and wlkng atleast 1 hr per day..
HBA1C is in normal range.your pp sugar level is normal.yes fasting is bit increased but it's not a worry point. Considering your age it can be managed by exercise and diet control.take lite meal 2 hrs before sleeping at night .drink plenty water.
