Confused about sugar level
Hello Dr, I don't know if am pre diabetic as my blood sugar level comes before breakfast 101,106 today was 108 and after food 117,119 and my hb1A level is 5.6% i go for a walk everyday, eat sugary food rare, and drink water also on time, I don't have a symptoms like thirst and frequent urination, what to do do I have a diabetis Thank you

I think u are more excited towards it..that's y checking sugar levels frequently..first of all remove anxiety from uu..

Check Fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar once and consult me..I will confirm u either u r diabetic or not..dnt worry upto that..be cool and happy..don't get excited

HBA1C is in normal range.your  pp sugar level is normal.yes fasting is bit increased but it's not a worry point. Considering your  age it can be managed by exercise and diet control.take lite meal 2 hrs before sleeping at night .drink plenty water.

The fasting blood sugar levels you have mentioned may not be exactly in the fasting stage. Please do your blood sugar without taking even a glass of water. The PP levels seem to be OK.  You don't have symptoms also.

Hba1c level more than 5.6 -6.5% is pre diabetic state You don't need medication for it now. Diet control with some physical activity is enough. Have  fiber rich food Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Avoid carbohydrates Have protein rich food Avoid junk food. Drink atleast 3L of water every day Exercise.

Avoid anxieties,worries,taje sound sleep , do morning evening  walk for seven days & repeat BSF, 2 hr PP with Hb A1C if towards higher side consult
