A beta-hCG below 0.1 on 10 October is a clear negative, so pregnancy, including a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy from the September encounter, is already ruled out. The bleed that followed the medicine your doctor gave you, matching your normal periods in flow, cramps and duration, is a standard withdrawal bleed.
Next Steps
You don't need to repeat a pregnancy test right now, since your hCG was already negative and your periods have returned to their usual pattern. If your next cycle doesn't arrive close to its expected date, that's the right time to retest.
Health Tips
See your gynaecologist if bleeding becomes unusually heavy, pain is severe, or periods don't resume as expected next month.
