You are not pregnant as per BetaHCG report. For weight gain you can do ultrasound scan and blood test to know the reason. Take medicine to get your period.

Your beta hCG came back under 0.1, and your three home tests were all negative. Pregnancy isn't the cause here. The i-pill you took on day 8 of your cycle can delay your period by days or even weeks. Ongoing stress and the weight gain you mentioned can add to that delay.
Next Steps
Periods often return within 2 to 3 weeks of taking an emergency pill, so give it another week or so before worries set in. Keeping a steady sleep routine and gentle activity can help your cycle settle.
Health Tips
If your period hasn't started in another 2 to 3 weeks, or you notice heavy bleeding or pain, please see a gynaecologist to check your cycle.
