A beta hCG under 0.1, done this far after a missed period, reliably rules out pregnancy. Blood tests pick up pregnancy well before a home urine kit can, so a result this low means there is nothing there to detect. You don't need to repeat the pregnancy test.

Your real question now is why your period itself is late, not pregnancy. Stress, a sudden change in weight or routine, or a hormonal imbalance can all push a cycle back by weeks. If your period doesn't start within the next week or two, please see a gynaecologist to find the cause.
