Condition for Prediabetes

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have got my basic health check-up done. My fasting blood sugar level is 87, HBA1C is 5.8 and Mean plasma glucose is 119.8. Am I prediabetic? I consumed alcohol two days before test. Does that alleviate blood sugar level?

By definition u r not though HbA1C is just above normal limits. Still better to observe diabetic diet and healthy lifestyle.
