On 2nd may i got periods on 19th may i had unprotected sex after which immediately afyer 20 Mins i took ipill today 29th of may after urinating i can see 3 drop of blood and next periods date is 2nd of june.. so what to do ...will i be pregnant or now i m safe?

It could be a delayed withdrawal bleeding. Please wait for the date of your regular periods. If you don't get your periods then you should do a urine pregnancy test and Consult a Gynaecologist.

The bleeding that you are seeing is a side effect of the emergency will called withdrawal bleeding 19th was your fertile period You will have to wait till  3rd of June to find out your chances of getting pregnant keeping in mind the high failure rate of emergency pills
