  4. Concern on d. To try and conceive again?

Hi... I had a d&c 6 weeks ago on the 4 August due to no heartbeat of my twins at 10 weeks, bled non stop doc kept saying its normal n on the 14 September I consulted the doc again n went to the gynea. There were still pieces left in me n went for another d&c on the 15 September. My main concern is, will my womb b able to carry another pregnancy n how long should I wait to try and conceive again?
