Concern about persistent gas, acidity
Hello, I’ve been experiencing persistent gas and acidity for the past 5-6 months. During the first 3-4 months, this was accompanied by diarrhea, which has improved now. However, I still struggle with excessive gas, and over the past few days, I’ve noticed slight stomach pain. I lead a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Given these symptoms, should I be concerned, and would you recommend any tests or dietary/lifestyle adjustments?

To alleviate gastritis symptoms at home, follow a gentle diet rich in bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet), as well as other bland foods like crackers, plain cookies, and lean proteins, avoiding spicy, fatty, and acidic foods.
