I am 16 years old and almost going to be 17 in few days, I am very concerned about my height, and it's 5 foot 6 inches, nowadays I am trying to get best nutrition possible daily like 2 glass of milk daily, lentils, non-veg, supplements etc. so that I can reach my height potential and a little bit of excercise streching, hanging in morning. So that atleast I can reach 5 foot 9 inches.
Also my Father is also approx 5'6.
So, is it possible for me to have it and if any suggestions to improve my routine it? Please...
