If fertilization and implantation have been happened successfully initially but due to any issue spontaneous miscarriage is happening before or on period day (means miscarriage is happening on or before day 28), then once period happens on expected day if we do the pregnancy kit test can we detect beta hcg level ?

Sorry but your question is a little confusing. Are you talking about natural pregnancy or IVF? Naturally To confirm the success of fertilisation and implantation there should be a clinical pregnancy. Which can be diagnosed on upt or usg. Without a positive upt you cannot term it a miscarriage. At 28 days we usually cannot confirm the diagnosis of a pregnancy. if period has already started then there is very less chances of pregnancy and detecting b-hcg
