I understand how frustrating and stressful this journey can be. You have shared several important details, but it would not be appropriate to advise on the next step without personally consulting you and reviewing all your reports in detail. Factors such as your previous pregnancy, ovulation, semen parameters, adenomyosis and response to letrozole all need to be assessed together.
Next Steps
Please book a consultation with me and bring your previous treatment records, ultrasound/follicular monitoring reports and your husband’s complete semen analysis. We can then discuss the most appropriate fertility plan for you as a couple.
Health Tips
Please don’t lose hope—at 32, there are several factors in your history that are reassuring.
