I work in IT industry as a developer. Im not able to concentrate on my work. I tend to think too much and concerned more about the results, what will happen if I do a mistake and getting counted for that? How can I find peace and concentration?

Hello, The way you describe your thinking,it seems like you have a anxiety disorder. It is a style of thinking where you fear a negative outcome in everything.. this can be remedied by cognitive behaviour therapy where you will be retrained to think in a more adaptive way.
