My wife was diagnosed with chocolate cysts on both ovaries last year. She underwent treatment using medicine and we are trying naturally to conceive for the last 3 months. The doctor has advised us Clomid + Letrozole for days 3-7 and Gestofit SR 200 for day 19-25 for 3 cycles. We are trying our best to conceive. My question is, is it possible to conceive naturally with chocolate cysts? Our fertility tests have come out normal. During the course of treatment for chocolate cysts, we were given injection and visanne. We also underwent the 6 month course for latent TB infection. The last report showed that the cysts size has reduced. 2 cysts on the left ovary and 1 on the right ovary.
Please advise.
