Connect please. Repeat scan after 4 months. If the cyst size is increasing then go laparoscopic removal of the cyst

What all was removed by the Operating Surgeon?  Was it only the cyst on both sides or the ovaries were removed ? I presume only the cysts were removed . You should forget it for the time being. Get an ultrasound scan done after 3 months. If it shows an ovarian cyst , go for laparoscopic evaluation and biopsy.
