Combiflam side effects
Dear doctors,
I have a history of migraines. And sometimes it becomes severe. The only medication that has worked so far is combiflam. I know I need to make changes in lifestyle to manage migraines in a better way. But I have seen most doctors say not to consume combiflam. May I know what's the reason? I just feel like I may be getting acidity as a side effect, but what other internal side effects could it cause? Thanks in advance for your expert opinions.

Combiflam if taken one per day regularly for 3yra May lead to addiction but gastritis is mid term side effects.
