I just had colonoscopy In preparation I had passed stool 12 time so burning started in my hole.somthing stated as dista 4cm in rectum is it a tumor anything harmful.Attaching colonoscopy report pladvise if anything serious

It’s not a tumour-it’s an inflammation of your rectum due to possible infection in the bowels. Doctor will perform a culture apart from prescribing meds to arrest diarrhea/antibiotics. Ensure fluid intake as prescribed.
