Vaginal spotting after colonoscopy.

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I am 18 years old virgin felmale patient with Ulcerative colitis, i had my follow up colonoscopy after which i noted vaginal spotting, its my expected period time , my question is any possibility that the scope pass to my vagina causing defloration, i didnot feel any burning or pain after procedure.
