Please visit a nearby ent specialist for examination and then you may have to go for repeat insertion of the ventilation tubes.

He seems to be suffering from chronic eustachian tube dysfunction. If symptoms are significant then again ventilation tubes may have to be put. Eustachian tuboplasty can also be helpful

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
