For fever crocin (paracetamol) 500mg or 650 mg twice a day after food. If fever persists after 3 days then consult is required.
For cold start with steam inhalation with plain water 2-3 times a day and salt water gargles 3-4 times a day. Continue this for 2 days. If cold persists or worsens then medications can be started. Runny nose and watery eyes are associated with the above complaints. Weakness may also be there.

if above basic care doesn't improve the complaints in 2 days time or worsen at any point, kindly consult for further evaluation and treatment plan.

Please do not start on any antibiotics right now.
Do not take more than 3 tablets of Paracetamol/crocin in 24 hours.
If allergic to Paracetamol then DO NOT TAKE crocin or tablets containing Paracetamol. Consult for alternate medications.
