My baby boy is 1 month old, having cold with mucus.. feeding difficulty due to block nose.. can i use sinarest drops.. his weight is 4 kg what is dosage?

Use saline nasal drops in each nostril and clean each nostril with cotton. You may also give steam inhalation to the baby.

Hi there
Use Normal Saline Nasal drops , and clean nose with small bulb suction ( easily available at any pharmacy) . Steam inhalation is not recommended.
No any other medication required at this age. Keep a watch on his breathing. If he refuses feeding inspite of cleaning nose or having fast breathing or fever of more than 38 C, then consult your pediatrician for a complete check up.
