My 4 months baby girl suffering from cold nd cough .her weight is around 8-9 kgs .can I give her maxtra drops

Maxtra drop can be given 0.7 ml twice a day But if not improved in 2 days u should consult ur paediatrician
Next Steps
Do consult ur paediatrician so that he can auscultate the chest for the signs of pneumonia
