Get covid test. Take dolo 650mg 1-1-1*3 days. Tab histafree 0-0-1*5 days. Take steam inhalation with Vicks. Salt water gargle 4 times a day *3 days. What kinda a cuough you have wet or dry cough ? Treatment changes accordingly. Consult for proper evaluation and management.
