My grandson is 5 years old and is suffering from runny nose and cough without any fever since 1 week..no other problem he has..cough becomes severe at sleeping time so can't sleep properly..needs advice

Since symptoms started since a week, i will advice you to give him syp. Ascoril LS 5mk thrice daily for 5 days along with laveta M 5ml at night for 5 days.
If symptoms persists for more than 3 days with these medications he will require one course of oral antibiotics.
