Care AI Shimmer
Since symptoms started since a week, i will advice you to give him syp. Ascoril LS 5mk thrice daily for 5 days along with laveta M 5ml at night for 5 days. If symptoms persists for more than 3 days with these medications he will require one course of oral antibiotics. If any concern kindly book an online consultation with me. Take care!
