Cold n blocked nose.
My son is having cold since last 10 days.i have been giving montair 4mg tablet once at night as prescribed by doctor also steam inhalation but it not working..At night he he difficulty sleeping and opens his mouth and tries to breathe ..He doesn't have cough...In day he has nose itching and little runny nose.

Give the child Montair LC kid syrup instead of plain Montair.Dosage will depend on age and weight of child.Also Otrivin paeds nasal drops will help esp at night to keep the nasal passage open

It might be allergic rhinitis with some adenoid issue. It would be better if you visit a paediatrician or ent specialist physically or atleast online consult so as to get better understanding of issue.
