I'm getting feeling of cold in summer my nose is feeling blocked and can I drink coconut water in cold in summer please suggest something

You can drink coconut water. But there are so many other waters available which are much cheaper and better than coconut water.

Yes you can drink coconut water only limited amount.

Yeah you can drink coconut water . But drink normal coconut water , don't drink cold coconut water from the fridge.
