Cold with nasal blockage. Yellow mucus. Body temperature is  with 101/100 from inside feels like burning. While touching outside doesn't feel of fever. Taking dolo , fever is going down and sweating. On periods as well.

Your symptoms are most likely due to viral fever , normally lasts for 4-5 days.Durnig this period Bedrest plenty of water fruits will be helpful. Continue Dolo tablets and vitamin C 1 gm daily
