I have high cold n cough. from 2 days and have taken crocin. but still there is no improvement can any1 suggest me better way for immediate relief

Hi...Avoid common irritants such as cigarette smoke and sudden temperature changes.
Drink plenty of water.
Use a humidifier.
Try nasal saline sprays or rinses...eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods.
Gargle with warm salt water..Consult physician they will do the needful.

Hello. You take arsenicum album 30 and allium cepa 30 - 3 times daily. Drink kadha at least three times daily. Avoid cold food and drinks till you are ok.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I want to understand why you are taking crocin,? Who has suggested you?
Do you have fever also.
Kindly consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
He will examine you and suggest you further.
Crocin isn't required if you do not have fever.

You r having cough and cold and no fever as it was not written...so why crocin?
You take antihistamines orally....steam with decongestants. ..gargle with antiseptics. ......drink adequate water
You do not require antibiotics as it is viral and not bacterial...unnecessarily it will add cost to treatment and will cause resistance

Tab Augmentin DUO(625) Thrice daily after food for 5 days.
Syr Broncorex 10 ml thrice daily after food for 5 days.
Tab Xyzal-M once daily before dinner for 10 days.
Avoid cold.
