Cold and soar throat

I am 19 weeks preganant and having mild cold and mild irritation in throat. I want to know that can I take Faberex plus, Cetrizine and Azithromycin 250 mg during pregnancy. Before pregnancy I use to take these medicines. Are they safe during pregnancy.
