  4. Cold and sneezing. 2 times a day?

Daughter 3 year old, suffering from cold and sneezing, runny nose. Can i give 5 ml sinarest 2 times a day? She caught from me as i got cold first and next day she also caught it. Seems seasonal flu due to rain.
