I have cold and mild fever as well as weakness. This is from last 3 days and I took dolo 360 for 2 days. I couldn't see much changes. Which medicines should I take now?

Hello, Tab synarest two times a day after food for three days or as required. Tab flexon two times a day after food for three days or as required.plenty of liqids like nimupani in luckwarm water mousambi juice etc. Light diet like porridge khichari messed chapati ETC ok.

Take Dolo 650  8th hourly along with Tab.Montek LC 12 th hourly.
