Cold and cough
Hello dr.
Im suffering from cold and cough since 7 month . It stop for a week and again happining after some days.

If recurrence of cold & cough means most likely are hypersensitive to your environmental changes if infectious causes are ruled out. As 7 month history is a long time & surely you had tried many medications also. So please visit nearby physicians for proper evaluations or consult online for the same.

- CAP DOXYCYCLINE, 100 mg,
od × 3 days.
- TAB CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE, 4 mg,
qid × 3 days.
DrPBM.
Do Sputum examination for AFB.

Betadine gargle 1 10ml in half glass of water for gargles 4 times a day
