Hello There. I can understand your concern. You need to add a tab. monti-fx once or twice a day. take steam inhalations regularly, xylomist nasal sprays can be used. have warm food and water. drink plenty of fluids and get adequate rest. if the issue still persists, consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
