Avoid common irritants such as smoke and sudden temperature changes.
Drink plenty of water.
Use a humidifier.
Try nasal saline sprays or rinses.
If the runny nose is a persistent, watery discharge, particularly if accompanied by sneezing and itchy or watery eyes, your symptoms may be allergy-related and an over-the-counter antihistamine may help...take OTC antipyretics along with above... 1. Prepare basil mint cinnamon jaggery turmeric tea sip little amount of it full day.
2.crush Pepper and ginger with sugarcandy eat small quantity of mixture every 3 to 4 hour
3.prepare garlic teor decoction take it at bed time.
Regularly u can take half spoon turmeric fried in one spoon ghee mix it with half glass of warm milk at bed time
