Is it safe to Use of otrivin nasal spray in pregnancy. I have cold since 2 months and I m 14 weeks pregnant.

No it is not safe to use otrivin nasal spray in pregnancy....it cause hypertension as side effect as it is alpha agonist....

u can use nasoclear nasal spray as alternative....
