Normally this medicine is not given for speech delay but for neuro development of the child. For speech it is advisable to meet neurodevelopment physiotherapist. This medicine has to be given only if it has been prescribed by your doctor and this medicine has to be given according to the prescription because it differs according to the requirement of the child
