Coffee and tea
Should we avoid coffee and tea completely if we have high blood pressure? Or one cup of coffee in the morning and one cup of tea in the evening is fine? Do these drinks increase bp drastically?

One cup of coffee or tea in morning or evening is of no harm to BP. It will not increase BP drastically.
