Aparajita is a warming tea and may not do well with the baby while breast feeding.  You can use Panamritam instead or plain green tea. Also eating the right strains of probiotics can greatly help in improving the babies health which should be done under proper guidance.

What ever you will eat and drink it's nutritive Contents made your milk for the child. Aparajita tea is not harmful for your baby if you takes small quantity. I will suggest just one time single cup in a day with lime. Go for sutika paricharya. Consult you doctor or me for more advance and details.

Yes aparajita tea is generally considered safe and is often consumed for its antioxidant properties. However, as a lactating mother, it's essential to be cautious about any herbal teas, as they can sometimes have effects on milk production or be passed to the baby through breast milk.
Next Steps
Consult an ayurvedic expert: They can give you personalized advice based on your health and breastfeeding situation.
Health Tips
Monitor for any changes: If you notice any changes in your baby's behavior or your milk supply after drinking the tea, consider stopping it and consulting your doctor.
