Clotting in brain
My mother aged 65 has history of brain stroke about 15 years back. She recovered but now same symptoms are reoccurring. She is forgetting things. Please see the MRI report and best line of treatment.

There is no new stroke as per this MRI. she most likely has dementia. Do one cbc, thyroid function test and serum sodium.add tab donamem 5 after dinner.
